Our 6-month ranking guarantee applies to clients on an active monthly SEO retainer. If agreed-upon target keywords do not achieve top 10 rankings within 6 months, we will provide the following 6 months of service at no charge. Specific guarantee terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback on deliverables, access to required accounts and platforms, and payment of agreed fees on schedule.
Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each service month. Project-based fees are outlined in individual proposals. Late payments may result in service pauses.
Content, strategies, and reports created by SEO Waterloo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables.
SEO Waterloo is not responsible for algorithm changes, Google policy updates, or other factors outside our control that may affect rankings. We commit to transparent communication and strategy adjustments when changes occur.
